The supplier portfolio is defined
Suppliers are entered into the system based on category, spend, and criticality, and priority suppliers are identified.
Responsibility data and evidence are collected
ESG policies and practices, certificates, audit findings, incident records, and core emissions data are collected or integrated through SupplySense™.
Data coverage and consistency are checked
Scope 1–2–3 coverage, missing areas, and data consistency are assessed, and the items that need to be completed are clarified.

What does it measure at supplier level?
It measures suppliers’ ESG responsibility and carbon/data readiness, bringing together Scope 1–2–3 coverage, product footprint studies under ISO 14067, emissions intensity, CBAM readiness, and net-zero / reduction targets under a single score.
Which suppliers does it apply to?
It can be applied to all suppliers. Its impact is more visible for suppliers with the highest spend, suppliers providing critical parts, or suppliers connected to CBAM-covered products.
Can a score still be generated if supplier data is missing?
Yes. A score is produced based on available data, while missing areas are clearly flagged and the information that should be requested from the supplier is listed.
How does the score output turn into action?
Suppliers are segmented by priority and risk level, expected evidence and improvement steps are defined for each segment, and progress is monitored through score updates.
How does it connect to green finance and supplier finance?
The supplier score adds a supply-chain dimension to the Green Finance Suite decision flow and generates risk indicators in the monitoring process. The same segmentation also provides a reference for conditions and incentive structures in supplier finance.
